Fifth Generation Coloradoan Andrew Baird Chooses Mirada Fine Art to Display his
Stunning New Exhibit

Local artist turned national phenomenon, the work of fifth-generation Coloradoan Andrew Baird stuns and intrigues. His distinctive style and technique are as mesmerizing as the resulting contemporary portraits. Utilizing a paint stir stick, Baird drips acrylic paint onto canvases, building images color by color over a period of months...a paint brush is NEVER used. The process is nearly as amazing as the gorgeous faces that emerge in his large scale work. Mr. Baird was named 'the best artist in Colorado' by the editors of 5280 Magazine in 2011. This is his first exhibition in Colorado in over three years.
